A wonderful and fine detailed Bust of Mephisto on a Marble base.
The small knowing and deceiving smirk of the Mephisto also know as Mephistopheles in German folk tales who “He originally appeared in literature as the demon in the Faust legend.”
Size: 8 1/2 inches tall bronze
10” tall with the marble base
Condition: the bronze is in very good condtion with some small scratches on the back side, base of the bronze. Please see images for details of this area. The Marble has a small chipped corner, please see images for details.
