A fantastic and rare Indian Splint MFG. Co bench signed with original label. The bench can be seen in the reprint of the Indian Splint MFG. catalog.
The company was around in Geneva NY from 1909 to 1911, with a great adaptation of the Arts and Crafts aesthetic. The splint seats are made with a copper band for strength and support. The over all view is a great Arts and Crafts look with an Adirondacks feel. A great piece and great addition to an Arts and Crafts collection.
The Bench is 51” long x 20” deep. The seat height is 17” high and the back height is 38 1/2” high.
