Condition: Fine, the binding is tight with some signs of use. The cover has light rubbing to the top edge of the spine and the bottom edge of the spine. The Bottom edge of the book has light wear and the bottom edge of the pages have slight soiling. The back has light rubbing on the right edge from shelf wear.
