Early Electric Magic Lantern Works and in Remarkable Shape
Circa 1910 Electric Magic Lantern in great shape. Approx 16" long x 6" wide x 8 1/2" high. Binding Posts on the back and the turn switch is made by Perkins.
The bellows look tight and not cracking and the over all condition is remarkable. The light box has very minimal wear and the brass on the lens is still bright. This Magic Lantern could be a McIntosh or even a Bausch and Lomb based on the quality but I have not located a name on the body or the lens.
A great example of early lighting.
