Greg Fletcher Baltimore Artist Signed Oil on Board Baltimore Shot Tower

Greg Fletcher is a very well known and respected Baltimore artist. This painting is of the famous Old Baltimore Shot Tower or also known as Phoenix Shot Tower located 801 E. Fayette Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Greg Fletcher has been referred as Urban Barbizon style and can been seen in this captured cityscape. The paint is thinly applied on the board, even allowing the "Masonite" to show through. A very nice effect.
This oil on board is signed lower right, "Greg Fletcher" The frame size is 12" x 14 1/2" and the painting is 9 1/2" x 12". The back shows a date in pen, 1985 which is early on in this artist career. The painting has not been cleaned or altered in any way.
