Ornate 1800s Antique Art Nouveau Dressing Table Vanity with Folding Mirrors Signed

From the collector with the Nutcrackers, comes this wonderful and expressive piece of Art Nouveau designed furniture.
The table is signed, please see the photos attached. I can not make it out yet but will keep you updated and will post any new findings I have.
The back side mirror fold while the center mirror is stationary. The center table is attached to the back mirror.
Details and hardware place this piece, circa 1870's-1890's and appears to be French or possible English. The hardware looks to be more English than French, please see the photo details.
The condition is very good with minor marks. The finish is original shellac finish but the glass and fabric are possible replacement.
