Signed John Vickery 1962 Gauche Artist Rendering of Schmidts Blue Ribbon Loaf of Bread Pop Art

John Vickery, Australian artist born 1906 and died in 1983.
His work was primarily done in the USA, 1939 he moved the US, but did show his work in Australia as well as the USA.
His art was in the Op Art, Pop Art style but made a living doing commercial art for people and businesses.
According to his exhibition records, he won and exhibited his commercial art from 1928- 1950's.
Here is a later example of his commercial work, a gauche of Schmidt's Blue Ribbon Bread, 1962.
As the bottom states, " John Vickery art of : Schmidt's Cumberland Martinsburg Loaf 8/16/62"
The detail is amazing with sharp lines and bright colors.
For the person who collects Pop art or Commercial renderings, this piece is one of the best ones I have seen.
