All these documents and items are from one client. Their Family has connections back to Francis Dana, was an American Founding Father, lawyer, jurist, and statesman from Massachusetts. He served as a delegate to the Continental Congress in 1777–1778 and 1784. Dana was also a signer of the Articles of Confederation and he was secretary to the diplomatic mission that negotiated the end of the American Revolution.
The family collected and saved documents dealing with Revolutionary War, and then later the family collected other important historical items and documents. Later in 20th a family member had close military ties to the US and early Presidential and historical figures.
