1800s Russian Silver Cigarette Case Hallmarks PJS Silversmith Dated on Front 1890 with Decoration

A wonderful, late 1800's Russian Silver cigarette case with decorated front and back.
Front is a lovey stylized house with "from Nicoli Sept. 1890" on the front and the back with same designed house with initials in the center.

The inside is marked with initial PJS and 84 with small mark.
The gold wash inside is intact along with the band.
