1900's Juggler/ Harlequin Lithograph Marc Chagall Style

This is a very nice 1900's lithograph in the style of Marc Chagall titled, "juggler” in the lower left side. The artist signature, which I have been unable to discern, is on the lower right. The art is very similar to Chagall and the European style, such as the subject matter of the Juggler and or Harlequin. The religious figure in the background and the angular and quick expressive style is also very reminding of the European style of art done between the wars. You can see some tape marks that have started to bleed through and you can see the creases where paper has been folded. The measurement is 19” x 25 1/2” and the frame does have some white paint and has some wear to gold. Please let me know if you need more photographs.
