1950s Hjördis Oldfors Designed Pottery for Upsala Ekeby Kokos Series
Hjördis Oldfors was a designer at Upsala-Ekeby from 1952 to 1959.
From the series called "Kokos" which is short for kokosnöt or coconut, this amazing piece of modernist design pottery.
The yellow glaze is found both in its interior and inside the meticulously incised linear design on the outside.
The piece measures approx. 8" wide and 5" tall.
