The book was written by one of the top writer and theorist of the bauhaus school. Along with his work as a writer and theorist Itten was a teacher, designer and painter.
Considered on the of the landmark books that at the time was the first to present the complete based course description of this legendary school of art and theory of the early 1900’s. Such notable figures and teachers of the School were Moholy-Nagy, Gropius, Kandinsky to name a few.
Condition: Fine with some soiling to the yellow cloth end boards, the front has light soiling on the top and the spine has old catalogue number on the base. The back has light shelf wear and soiling from shelf and handling. Please see the images for more details
