1970 Laurel Lamp Company Pyramid Shade Lamp Curtis Jere Style Brass
Laurel Lamp Co. made lamps by some of the best Mid Century designers, Pierre Cardin, Maurizio Tempestini and Curtis Jere to name a few.
This polished and lacquered Brass lamp is marked on the socket, Laurel Co. and is similar to the Curtis Jere Pyramid lamp.
Curtis Jere, is the nom-de-plume of artists Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels.
Size: 18” tall x 11” base of the shade.
Condition: VG, the center rod is loose and will need to be addressed. The Shade is in very good Cond. with some marks. I have not cleaned or worked on the lamp. Photographed is the two sockets which appeared to have been modified with a screw. The lamp leans a bit do to the fact that the rod needs to be adjusted.
