Chumps 1977 Flyer Washington DC

Not well know but the Chumps were from Washington DC, they started in 1977 and ended by 1980. The band released a single in 1979 and recorded a record but that record didnt come out till 1984, way after the band broke up. 
The first single recorded by the great DC producer and engineer Don Zientara 

The band's sound is a combination of Punk/ New Wave and Art Damaged weirdness. 
The flyer is from 1977 and is not for a show, nothing listed. There is a hand written message at the bottom, with a "name" Deli 5/16 Free.
