A Stereo Photograph Card of Surgical Instruments from Pompeii Physician's house.
This Stereo card is in near perfect condition and dates from around the turn of the 1900's. Published by Underwood and Underwood and is made by Works and Studios (Sun Sculpture Trade Mark). The back has in six languages; " Surgical Instruments found in a Physician's Home. Pompeii, Italy."
The card is approx. 7 x 3 1/2".
This Stereo Card is a wonderful addition for a collector of Photography, Medical History, Stereo Cards, and the Odd.
Just a wonderful piece of history.
