The Plan K, opened in 1973, was a five stories high dismantled sugar refinery, turned into an arts centre, located at 21 Rue de Manchester, Brussels. Bands just as Joy Division to William Burroughs performed at this venue. A venue that not only attracted counter culture but also important musicians such as Archie Shepp.
