The fantastic Black Market Baby with a band called Count 4, some sources referred to them as "Mod style band that wore suits" and played Who covers. 
One site sites Iron Cross played show, but says the show was July 13th, not June 13th. So very possible there was a mix up on the site and this was the show with Iron Cross, Black Market Baby and Count 4. 

Size: 8 1/2 x 11

Condition: fine with light chipping at edges and the flyer has been folded and light lines can be seen. Please see the images for more details.
