Circa 1870s Ambrotype of Two Sisters Dressed Exactly The Same Sixth Plate
A sweet and very nice Ambrotype of two sisters. Obviously one is older than the other, but they are dressed almost exactly the same even down to similar necklaces. Typical of its day but a very sweet and charming image.
Size: Sixth Plate - 2.75 x 3.25 inches
Condition: the image is in very good condition with slight and small marks on the right edge. The detailing and clarity is great on this image. The brass mat is in very good condition with minimal wear. Missing the top of the case. Please see the images for more details.
