made in Vienna Circa 1880
This large Desk pieces are amazing detailed Vienna cold paint bronze letter clips in the shape of a dog’s head.
The head of the dog has a spring hinged that is attached to a flat brass plate.
English Springer Spaniel
Size: 4 inches wide x 5 inches long
Condition: The bronze is in good condition but as you can see the paint is worn off in areas and some soiling to the bronze. I have not cleaned or altered this piece, it has come directly from a private estate.
