Circa 1909-1916 Fulper Matte Finish Arts and Crafts Two Handle Sugar Bowl
Mission Matte Finish Fulper Circa Sugar Bowl, circa 1909- 1916, marked on the bottom
Sugar bowl is missing the lid but the two handle form stands well alone.

Size: 4" inches tall x 5 1/4" wide from handle to handle
