Early 1900s American Naive Art Sketchbook Scenic Drawings and Sketches of Animals and Life
A very charming Artist sketchbook from the early 1900’s, one small drawing is dated 1907. The Artist signed almost every page with initials or his full name, Frank H. Lee. The first photo of the hands and arms has the
artist’s full name.
Many pages have drawings on the front and back and some pages are drawn with color. The sketchbook page size is approx. 9 x 6, 16 pages and with two larger, pieces measuring approx. 9 1/4” x 7 1/2” and the black ink drawing of “The Deserted Village” 10” x 7 1/4”. The Village drawing has a chipped corner and is torn at the edges. All other pages are in very good condition.
