Early 1900's Carnival Gaff Taxidermy Monkey
If weird creepy taxidermy is your thing, then I have the piece for you.
This wonderful specimen is from the early 1900's, based on the early style of taxidermy and materials. Stuffed Straw around a wire frame and the skin, stretched and stitched shows the age.
The eyes are glass inset, the skin has lost all of it's hair, but I could only image what this piece looked like when it was just made.
Not more to say about this piece, the condition is as is, Small tears in the skin, as you can see on the arm.
