This necklace was only given to the people who were invited to the party 

Party of Life was a celebration of the artist Keith Haring (May 4, 1958 – February 16, 1990). Every year the party would be hosted and curated by someone in the circle of Keith Haring. It was not only a party for him but also an awareness for the those who have died from AIDS. Haring's life was part artist and full time activist. 
This event, Party of Life V was presented by David Spada, friend, fellow artist and creator of Freedom Rings and also a collaborator with Haring. 
David Spada would pass away May 13 1996

This necklace was given away to the invited people of the party, to be worn and cherished as a remembrance of the night and life of Keith Haring and friends. 
The crawling baby was an image by Keith and has the original necklace
