Pupil of Louis Deschamps, of Paris, and Julius Rolshoven, and Professor Herterrich, of Munich. Awarded medal and diploma from Tennessee Exposition, 1897. Vice-president of the Baltimore Water Color Club. Address, 301 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Md.
MacKubin specialized in portraits (miniatures, pastels, and oil) of governors, government officials, and socially prominent women.
Title: Lennox Mass painting in 1886 of a small Farm House.
Small oil on board signed and dated 1886 and titles on the front. The back has the original gallery and framer with artist info and title.
