Pupil of Louis Deschamps, of Paris, and Julius Rolshoven, and Professor Herterrich, of Munich. Awarded medal and diploma from Tennessee Exposition, 1897. Vice-president of the Baltimore Water Color Club. Address, 301 North Charles Street, Baltimore, Md.
MacKubin specialized in portraits (miniatures, pastels, and oil) of governors, government officials, and socially prominent women.
