The date is in the 1990's, The Loft moved to this location in 1987 and stayed opened into the early 2000's but was doing less and less shows. 

The art is by David Rhodes, a fantastic Baltimore artist who did many amazing flyers from the early days of punk in Baltimore. 
Gwar who started in 1984 continues to the play
The Opening band was Sub-Mensas, a band from the earlier days of Baltimore punk scene. 

Size: 8.5 x 11

Condition: very fine with faint bumps at the corners from storage. No tears or damage. Please see the images for more details.
