Late 1800's, early 1900's Primitive painting of Two Horses Frightened By Storm, oil on canvas

This a wonderful combination of two paintings, both famous at this time:
"Horse Frightened by the Storm" by Theodore Gericault and "Frightened Horse" by Eugene Delacroix


The painting has been restored, on the back you can see modern conservation, the painting has been relined. On the front you can that the edge of the painting has been blackened.
The painting is not signed.
