**Comes From The Same Estate As Other Tiffany**
The Art Glass of Louis Comfort Tiffany was made at the early 1900's till about 1930's. The favrile glass was not an invention of Tiffany but a style of glass making going back to the Romans. The period of the 1900's, the revival period of Neoclassical design, styles and techniques, gave rise to old trades and productions and Tiffany's glass was a perfect example. His style and technique became instantly collectable.
This small finger dish has subtle scalloped edge and a beautiful fravrile blue glass. Bottom is clearly marked wtih LCT and has etched in the pontil the numbers 1757.
Size: 4 1/2 wide x 1 1/4 tall
Condition: near perfect, light marks on the base but no cracks or damage to the glass. Please see the images for more details
