L.W. de Laurence was born in 1868 and died in 1936 and was an American author and publisher on occult and spiritualism.

This edition is the revised 6th edition as stated on page 5 with the preface to sixth edition.

Hardback with blue end boards and gilt design on the front and spine. 
Great black and white photos throughout the book 

Condition: fine with secure binding, does show light wear and light wear but no loose or damage pages. Inside the book is clean with no marks or damage. The front cover has some loss to the gilt owl and spine has light wear and darkening to the spine. Please see the images for more details.
