Another great Gary Grimshaw poster, this on for Jim Hendrix and the Experience. 
Gary Grimshaw did posters in the north, Detroit and surrounding areas and is considered one the great poster designers of the 1960's.

Hendrix moved to England in late 1966 and quickly gained notoriety in the English music scene. Coming over in 1967 he becomes the sensation and notoriety in the states in 1967 at the Monterey Pop Festival and in 1968 he released is 3rd and final album with the Experience in 1968. This poster would be last tour of Jimi Hendrix and the Experience. 

Condition: Near Mint, faint bumps at corners form storage, no tears or damage.
