Original Near Mint Peter Max Fondue Pot with Stand and Fuel Holder with Two Peter Max Plates by Iroquois and 6 Wood Handled Forks 1970s
Made by Ernest Sohn Creations of Japan. c. early 1970s. 7" dia. w/4" wooden handle stands just under 5" tall overall w/ lid. Heavy enameled metal pot has wonderful Max art and "Peter Max (copyright)". The Pot sits on a metal stand with ring at bottom that holds fuel holder with chrome plated rim and lid.
Comes w/six wooden handled forks w/differently-colored plastic ends
Also included are two Peter Max Plates, both plate are made by China by Iroquois Syracuse NY.
Condition: the fondue pot and lid are almost perfect and appears to have never been used. Very clean and rare in such perfect condition. The Metal stand and fuel canister are also in Un-Used condition. The wooden handled forks have fading to the wood handles. The two plates have very light marks but shows signs of use. No chips to either plate but has marks on the pattern. Please see the images for more details.
