This pink/ purpleish paper is an offset printed. 

The September 27th (1969) show was canceled and never happened. The reason why this mint copy exists, it was never hung or displayed. 
The flyer promotes Hendrix's return to Ft. Worth four months later, first scheduled to play May 9th 1970, but rescheduled September 27, 1970. The concert never took place, Hendrix died in Germany just nine days before the show was to occur.
