Not numbered but is annotated in pencil and states "Final Print" and appears to be a notion by Philippe Halsman
The top stamp is a copyright stamp used for Halsman images and the lower stamp is Halsman New York address with telephone number. The image of the chess board you can see that it was hand drawn in.

Bobby Fisher, was an American chess grandmaster and the eleventh World Chess Champion. At age 20, Fischer won the 1963/64 US Championship with 11 wins in 11 games, the only perfect score in the history of the tournament and in 1969 his book comes out. Fischer was at the height of his fame by the time Halsman took the picture and Halsman was famous for his surrealist photos of Salvador Dali.
