No Picture sleeve but I am not sure if there any out there. 

The Grand Rapids, MI garage band that this release in 1966. They had another single on the great Fenton label in 1965.

Condition: Vinyl has giant hairlines on both sides, very light but seen. Graded at low VG+. SIDE 1 plays with faint surface at start but drops, sporadic surface sometimes but very light, graded at solid VG+. SIDE 2 plays with surface at the start and into the music, does drop away when drums come in and can be slightly heard, low VG+. Labels are high VG+, very faint signs of storage at high point on both sides. Sleeve is generic white.
