A Fort Myers Fla. Garage, Psych band that started in the Mid 1960's, their first release was 1967.
"Originally known as the Dimension, they went on to become one of the top local bands in Florida during the middle and late-1960's. They even developed a following in New York beginning in 1967, and ended up signed to the Manhattan Records label, where they had a modest hit with "Anxious Color" that same year. The name change to Painted Faces accompanied a gig in the Virgin Islands, where they started doing precisely that. The band broke up in 1968"
The band had 4 releases and all on Manhattan Records, this single is the band's first one.

Condition: Vinyl is has light long mark on SIDE 1, plays without issues, a very light crackle sometime but very low. SIDE 2 has very high hairlines, plays very clean with a sometimes faint crackle but very low and minor. Graded at low VG+ only due to visual but plays at solid VG+. Labels are NM-, very clean with faint signs of handling. Sleeve is generic white.
