The Whatever The Valley of Death b/w No More Do I Dream on Eclipse Records 1967 Garage Psych
The Whatever The Valley of Death b/w No More Do I Dream on Eclipse Records M4KM-1125.
From Levittown, Long Island, this late garage early psychedelic band had this one single on Eclipse Records, a small Long Island label with about 13 releases.
The Whatever's only single came out in 1967, the A side is a moody song with heavy organ and reverb, not a slow number more in line with Too Much to Dream. The flip side kept them in the early mood psych, a touch more melodic with harmonies and key changes, making this a good double sider.
