VG+ 1966 Texas Garage Single The Iguana Black Suit b/w Leaving You Baby on Valerie Records V-107
The Iguana Black Suit b/w Leaving You Baby on Valerie Records – V-107.
(Note: original 1966 pressing NOT reissue)
The Iguana were a 1960s group from Baytown, Texas. The name of the band was inspired by the 6-foot iguana owned by a band member Alan Melinger. The band had only two know singles, both in 1966.
Being from Texas like the mighty 13th Floor Elevators, they have a sound you know and love from Texas garage.
